We had a mind-blowing two week stay at this super cozy and pristine holiday cottage. The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, with easy access to stunning beaches and attractions in South West Cornwall. The friendly neighbors and fantastic local pubs, especially the North Inn, added to the amazing vibe of Pendeen. The walks were absolutely breathtaking, with Portheras Cove being a highlight. The beach was practically empty, making it a paradise for sunbathing and surfing with our furry friends. The nearby attractions like the Minack Theatre, Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, and Greevor Tin Mine were simply captivating. We also had an unforgettable boat trip from Hayle to Penzance, where we spotted seals, dolphins, and even a baby dolphin in a nursery pod. Watching the sunset at Pendeen Lighthouse was a must, but we were amazed to discover that the small back bedroom window provided stunning sunset views every evening. The food options were superb, with Maria Chica offering delectable tapas and Jeremy's in St Just serving scrumptious fish and chips. The cozy bed and superb location added the perfect finishing touch to our stay. We couldn't have asked for more from this hidden gem of a place. The cozy and super clean cottage was just as described, and the host's thoughtful message and informative guest guide made everything hassle-free. We felt like we were in paradise with the peaceful surroundings and friendly locals, making us eager to visit again!

The cottage is super cool with its old-school architecture and modern comforts. The bath and shower were amazing - felt like we were in a fancy hotel in NYC! Plus, the owner left us homemade soaps and a chocolate bar. So sweet!
The only thing we wished for is if the cottage had a bigger fridge. We had a blast partying and needed more room to store our drinks and snacks.

I loved the friendly atmosphere of Pendeen, with its great local pubs and stunning walks. The highlight for me was watching the sunset at Pendeen Lighthouse, a truly breathtaking experience. The cottage itself was well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and provided a comfortable home away from home. I especially appreciated the lovely clean new bathroom and the comfortable beds. The nearby Spar was handy for emergency provisions, and there were plenty of options for dining out, including the fantastic tapas restaurant Maria Chica. The cottage provided top of the range facilities, including an excellent bath and shower, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. the unique and historic architecture mixed with modern comfort made for a stunning and cozy stay. the little touches provided by the owner, such as homemade soaps and a delicious welcome chocolate gift, added to the overall experience.
Although the cottage was lovely, there were a few minor inconveniences. the cottage's location on the road resulted in some traffic noise during the day, although it was not noticeable at night.
